kung pow enter the fist!

Seen that one before.

Unfortunately, I can't think of any obscure movies I've seen...I guess I rely too much on big-name pictures. tongue.gif

Cry Wolf. (b-movie somewhat like the 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' type)

Miranda (Christina Ricci. Dominatrix. 'Nuff said.)

The In Crowd (typical "rich perfect girl is hiding something huge", but it's got one of my fav. actresses and decent sidestories)

So far, I've seen Day of the Triffids and Two Weddings & a Funeral, in addition to my own entry. The others I've never heard of, so you trump me there. :-)

Howl's Moving Castle (it was actually a book first)

I loved that movie - didn't read the book so that might be why

Yep, if you want to still enjoy the movie, don't read the book. It kind of upset me that he even made that movie, for it bears very little resemblance to the book, he just took the characters and SOME of the plot of the book to push his own message. I think what bothered me the most by his rendition was that he changed the plot so much, to tell the same message he has told in many of his other movies. If he had changed it and made the message unique, I don't think it would have bothered me half as much.

Unico in the Island of Magic

Seen this and Howl's Moving Castle. I preferred Unico, though. Good ol' Osamu Tezuka. :3c
